Cancellation and Refund Policy

This page sets out how cancellations and refunds work for tours booked on bachmanationalpark.com. It follows our Booking Terms, which remain the full terms of your booking.

1. Free cancellation up to 3 days before

Cancel up to 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled pickup time and everything you have paid is refunded to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

2. Within 3 days of departure

Cancellations within 3 days of departure, including no-shows, are charged 30% of the tour price, because the car and guide are already committed. If you paid in full, we refund the other 70%. If you paid the 30% deposit and planned to settle the rest in cash on the day, the deposit covers the charge and nothing more is due.

3. Changing your date

Rescheduling is free up to 3 days before departure, subject to availability.

4. Park closures and natural disasters

If the park closes the summit road or a trail on your date, we re-plan the day or move it to another date at no cost; a closure on its own is not refunded. If a typhoon, flood or other natural disaster makes the tour impossible, you get a full refund.

5. How to cancel
